Employees arent always friendly but the gym is very clean and not typically over crowded
I work in MidAmerica Plaza (in Oakbrook above Ditkas). This gym is right next door....very simple but it has everything you need. The equipment (weights and cardio) is nice, clean and in good condition. They also have a separate room with balance balls and kettle balls.nnThe rates are very affordable too.nnOne of the main assets of the place is the personal trainer named Loren Thomas. He is a reason to stay a member. He is credentialed with many fitnees designations as well as a passion for helping. I train with him 1 on 1 and he always challenged me and mixes up my workout. He is making a dramatic difference in my fitness!nnIf you are a busy working professional in the Oakbrook Terrace area (and need a quiet but effective gym) and an amazing trainer at phenomenal rates - check it out! I quit Lifetime as it was soooooo busy and crazy. The locker rooms are very simple... but I don't care ud83dudcaaud83dude01.
