Nick is an awesome trainer. Focuses on weakness and strength that will help you build.
My oldest started there with the Montini baseball program, very pleased with results so we sent my 2 younger sons. My youngest is a wrestler and it has really improved his strength for this season. My middle guy is not a sports guy and didn't want to come but we talked him into it. When he arrived he couldn't do a pulp with out bands. Now after 6 months he is doing pull ups with weights. He really loves this place and looks forward to going. His confidence has gone way up. Highly recommend this place. Great instructors who love what they do and really care about the kids.
Awesome facility and staff! Happy to utilize this space for our Taekwondo program!
