I have lived in Lombard near this 7/11 for 6 years. The manger, Sam is extremely rude and short with customers including me. I lost my license about two weeks ago and one of the only places I remembered showing it is 7/11. I went ask Sam and before I can even get it out he responded with a harsh NO! I Informed Sam that he hasn’t even looked, when he responded by shaking his head and being very dismissive. I called just about every business In Lombard searching for my license. Also drove around illegally and had to visit the dmv during Covid to get a temporary license. Two weeks later I walked in 7/11 and the night clerk says “hey I think you left your licenses here” wow! It was there the whole time. Because of Sam(the other employees are great) I will be calling the corporate office to file a formal complaint. And will take my business elsewhere.

the guys there always seem to remember you. They will have what you're looking for ready at the counter before you even have to ask! Very kind and very courteous! My go-to 7-Eleven!

I have a pending transaction against my credit card that I did not make. When I called to inquire about it the gentleman said I have no idea and hung up then blocked my number
