The staff at AT Oakbrook are all uniformly professional, cheerful, and courteous. Service is truly at the heart of what they do, day in and day out. They don't hover but they will attend to your every need. Oh, and the selection of clothing and sales racks is unbelievable. The store is also very conveniently located in the mall. Will recommend to anyone.
Work wear here is top quality! I love to get my suit separates here when they have good sales going on. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Their store is too small for the price tag. It's jam packed, they no longer line their pants but charge the same price. Overall I am losing my excitement for this store. They use to keep your clothes and suits on a hanger and use a zipper bag but those went away. Now they just throw your items in a bag. A shame.
Love this store. Cannot believe I never shopped here until recently. Great selection of clothes for work, casual, or evening. Great for me because it's not too trendy or over-priced. Appreciate consistency in sizing. And the staff at the Oak Brook mall store are very helpful and friendly.
Horrible customer service. I wanted to purchase some slacks and was advised that they were final sale. There was nothing noted in the store or on the slacks. Asked to speak to manager, as cashier was applying final sale stickers, and she didn't even acknowledge me, spoke directly to cashoer.
