Peloton

This review is not about the store but about Peloton business abdicate in general. The store salesmen and saleswomen were awesome. they let us test the bikes and fitted us for shoes. We ended up purchasing the new Peloton Plus bike on December 2, 2020 and were giving a delivery date of January 18, 2021 at the earliest. The next delivery date was not until February something, so we chose the earliest date.nnJanuary 18 arrives, no call no bike, we had to call the third party delivery service/ team and they gave us a new date of March 30, 2021. Now we are considering canceling the bike after we have spent over $350 dollars in accessories that we have already open and started to used. Note to anyone that is purchasing accessories don't open them until your bike is delivered.

Went in to purchase clothes since they are always sold out online. Was told I would need to make an appointment and they didn’t have any- but I could stand outside the store and she could hold them up to the window. I asked if I could purchase them and she said no- I was not allowed in-there was no one in the store. I then asked if I could give her my card info over the phone- she finally allowed me to make an appointment 2 hours later. I went in and picked up 3 items. I was pretty much harassed because I choose not to put on gloves after she supervised me using her hand sanitizer. I have skin allergies and could not wear her gloves- and I do believe that is my choice. I asked about sizing and the rep kept moving away from me until she was at the back of the store more than 20 ft away from me. I was told I was making her uncomfortable because of my choices and even though I had the clothes I had in my hand I was going to buy- she yelled at me to not hold them up to me because I could be infected. She then ran into the back room. I could not make this up if I tried. I was so upset that I didn’t get to buy anything. Needless to say I could not complete the sale. Her behavior was so inappropriate. Management knows- I called and could care less Christine was so inappropriate and harassing to me. Thanks for ruining my experience in buying clothes and accessories. I have a video of the incident and look forward to posting it to social media.

Great staff and service. Did a test ride and they were helpful and not pushy. Bought the bike and it was delivered quickly. The delivery people were polite. The bikes calibration was off, but I was able to fix it myself. Love the bike now.
