So helpful! Made an often stressful experience like shopping for swimsuits fun and easy! Felita knew the best brand and styles that would work for me after a bit of a chat and I left with the best suit for my personality!
I've shopped here since moving to the suburbs, buying swimwear every year or two. They typically have a good selection and helpful staff. But I'm very disappointed with my latest purchase. 2 swimsuits, 2 coverups, and wanted to return 1 suit 42 days after I purchased it (I was in a rush to purchase a new suit for an upcoming trip when the last one popped the boning the weekend before I was leaving). After traveling and not having time to get back to the mall, the tags were still on, I still have the receipt, and the swimsuit collection was still one of the featured collections on the wall... My return was declined by the 800# customer service. I don't know why a store manager can't approve these things, and I don't understand why they are so rigid on trying to return something they still sell at full price. I thought they would be more understanding.
