I heard about a great sale going on so decided to check them out for this first time. The staff was extremely helpful and answered all my questions about the clothing and the membership. I love the pieces I chose. The only reason for 3 stars is I am not a fan of Fabletics membership program. There really seems to be no benefit in retaining the membership, having to skip month over month. Ill be canceling and resigning up if something I truly want comes out.

The store is organized well and there is a small selection of items that are sold out online. The checkout process was smooth. My complaint is with the employees. Towards the beginning, I felt as if I had to awkwardly step around the employees that were having conversations that did not sound work related. The only assistance I was offered was being asked “What are you looking for?” And then being watched and followed around the store from an awkward distance. Too close for it to seem like a coincidence but not close enough for it to seem like they were trying to assist me. I felt uncomfortable shopping there, almost as if I was interrupting something?

I had an online return from Christmas and the store workers were extremely helpful. I was looking to exchange to a different size, unfortunately they did not have it, but was able to help me find a comparable legging within the same price range for an exchange. Extremely happy with the costumer service and product.

After multiple visits I can say the customer service leaves something to be desired but at least the clothes are cute!

Very bad experience with fabletics, I was charged $ 49.99 for membership. while when you enroll you are fooled that it is free to enroll. It is only the hook because in the end I ended up paying the pants that were supposedly 2 × 24 and apart from that it is poor quality fabric. I would definitely not buy there again.ud83dudc4eud83dudc4e
