Great selection and a beautiful store. However compared to other Lilly stores I've been to I was disappointed in the level of service. The staff was discussing cruises when we went in tonight. While they did find the time to get a change room there was little else in the way of help that was given. I will take my business to the next store and buy the several dresses I wanted.
I went to this store with my friend who is a huge fan and owns several dresses from this store. The woman who initially greeted us was very nice, but while my friend was trying on clothes, another came out to ask if we needed any assistance in the dressing room. While my friend was trying on clothes, I was looking through the look book for this year. I found a dress I really liked and asked that employee of they had it. She said that dress was really expensive and then said she would look for it for me, but didn't come back, implying that we couldn't afford it. It felt incredibly disrespectful and my friend said she has never been treated that badly when she bought dresses at this store before.
I had a pleasant shopping experience. The sales associates were helpful on suggesting pieces that I would like based on my preferences. I ended up with two rompers that I wore all summer long. Can't wait to see fall collection!
Great staff and options. Staff will help you pick the perfect outfit that flatters :)
Love the clothes and the cute accessories, but the employees are rude and unhelpful. You're better off ordering online.
