Love this store, the sales associates are so friendly and helpful. Went in to purchase a bra, needed help to find the correct size and style. I had 2 associates go out of their way to help me find what I needed, do not remember their names, I beleive they are the managers, but I would go out of my way to have them help me. I also found great deals with their help.

there was this awesome worker named kayla had a 30 minute conversation with my friends and i about caprisuns and gatorade flavors. it was pretty cool. also the vibe of the store is immaculate

I just went to this location for the first time yesterday. I was so excited - I quite enjoy this brand. The store looked amazing. Great selection, fresh everything. I know they just opened up very recently. I worked retail for a long time - I know how it is. However, I received the worst customer service here. I shopped for 10 minutes without a hello. I only got a hello from the two girls because I stared at them until they stopped talking to say hi to me. They then just went back to what they were doing. Only one girl said hello and she didn’t say anything else other than literally just hello. I had sweatshirts in my hands and no one offered to start me a fitting room or ask how I was doing. They just kept working on their visuals and talking to each other. The ignored another woman who came in after me and she left. I finally walked over to the girls (they smiled at me but still kept working) and I stood there for several seconds before finally just asking for a fitting room with my arms full of stuff. I wanted help while I was shopping because I don’t know the sizing of their bras and I need some *~extra~* support. I was so turned off by my experience I probably won’t even go back. I wouldn’t recommend shopping in here. I didn’t feel welcome and I didn’t feel like anyone wanted to help. Yikes.
