My daughter loves this store. The woman was so kind help us pick out a really nice full bed. When we started placing the order she was asking her coworkers to help her with the transaction, at the time I thought well it’s OK because she’s knew I guess. I didn’t really pay attention . After 7 day I called the store to get a tracking number. Melissa answered the phone and she find out that my order was never placed. I was really upset about it because my daughter heard us on the phone and she was really excited to get her princess bed but Melissa turned things around and made my experience really really amazing she is absolutely very knowledgeable and very helpful. I really recommend her as your personal shopper or person who will help you at the store. Thank you so much Melissa

If I could assign zero stars, I would. I ordered two beds 3 months ago, paid for them and was told they'd be available in 3-4 weeks. Three months later, I was contacted to schedul delivery - yet one of the beds was not delivered. I've placed multiple calls to Pottery Barn Teen and, after long hold times, they are unable to help. I'm told someone will follow up, but no one ever does. When I look up the order status online it says it was delivered. So, they have my money, I have no bed and they don't seem to care. That's robbery!

HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Can't say it was this store specifically, but an associate from here ordered a crib and dresser for me. After almost 2 months of waiting for the furnitures expected delivery date, i notice all items were ready except for the dresser. Dealing with customer service to find the missing dresser is like pulling nails off your fingers. Dresser was lost. Called customer service many times over the course of two weeks, with the promise that they would contact their logistics, distribution hub, etc. Each inquiry takes 3-5 days. Really? Except that no one ever updated me after the inquiries. No one cared. No one ever calls back with an update either even after promising to. So, 2 weeks of hour-long phone calls with pbk and still no dresser after 2 months. Buy elsewhere.

I ordered a gift online. It was delivered 2 weeks late. I returned the item. Sent via PB UPS, a week later after PB received it, I still have no refund. Called customer service 3 times, still no refund. I will never order anything from PB again. Customer Service is the absolute worst.

Don't use Comenity Bank I sent in a money order. They received payment and cashed the money order. They said they never received the payment and that was nothing they could do for me. So I sent payment, they cashed the money order and now they say they can't do anything for me. What am I supposed to do at this point in the process?
