My sister needed some things from the store, so we stopped in. I’m eight months pregnant and I got super light-headed and needed to sit down, so I was sitting on the floor waiting for her. An associate kindly let me know because of Covid, they didn’t want anyone sitting on the floor. She was super super nice about it, and I was about to go outside to sit on a bench after I let my sister know where I was, but the associates were so so nice and said they were grabbing me a chair to sit in. Such great customer service. They were so kind, and that amount of care and humanity was so endearing.nnUpdate: They also just offered me some water. Seriously, just such kind associates, and they deserve some genuine appreciation. I really hope management sees this and does something for them.

They don't open according to mall hours. I waited till 12pm they still didn't open i called the lady who answered the phone said rudely we will once we open the registers. They opened 5 minutes late. Waste of my time tbh that is why I mostly shop online now no drama dealing with crabby sales staff.

This was my first time going to American eagle store in oakbrook and I have to say I was truly impressed by how polite the staff was and how clean the store was given that we're going through today. I truly feel safe during these times going to this location as they are always on top of their sanitary and safety measures. I'll definitely be back to purchase more items from this location in the future.

On, 11/29/20, the Oak Brook, Illinois store was supposed to hold a pair of jeans for my daughter. I called in advance to make sure they were there. The person on the phone said that they were. I drove there to pick them up, they were NOT in the store! Worse experience ever! So many better stores who don’t have to lie to get you into their store and don’t have to waste your time. The store is very poorly managed,
