Can't try anything on right now because of COVID-19 so not the best experience. I do understand though.
Great prices and sales! Good customer service but depends on the location and area you are shipping in. I like the Orland Park and Oakbrook locations.
Selection of items is decent, but I feel that the service is not quite up to par with what it should be for the brand name. Nothing really stands out great about Macy's, at least as I observe. A lot of what I'd buy there I can also find at other places as well. I think the thing that they can really work on to better stand out is improve the service, especially at the cash registers.
Lady's at the Perfume counter were super helpful and very kind. The lady working in the Levi's section also super helpful. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for.
Excellent store. Great to shop around for deals. Summer stuff in extreme markdowns.
