I had originally found a dress somewhere else, and Bijou had it in stock. I reached out to them and was able to set up an appointment very easily. The let me come in I could look at the dress I wanted as well as their inventory of all others. I ended up getting the original dress but was glad to try on the others. The fittings went smoothly I think I had 3 before I took it home. Their alterations lady is very talented and was able to make the dress fit like a dream. They respond very well via email in a timely way! The ladies there are super kind too! Very welcoming!

Bijou Bridal was the third shop I went to during my wedding dress experience. Their service was so incredible (shout out to Andrea!) and they truly listened to what I wanted. They were always encouraging and never pushy. I loved them so much that I also bought my bridesmaid dresses there! Everything is reasonably priced and I was able to get my dress and accessories for well under my budget! Every time I went into Bijou, the staff was so welcoming and remembered me by name. I cannot say enough good things about Bijou! I recommend them to all of my friends who are getting married!

I want to thank you all at Bijou Bridal for helping make the wedding of my dreams come true. From my first appointment, to the perfect alterations, to the packing for distance travel, everything was flawless. I was in expert hands and it showed on my wedding day!! I get so many compliments on my dress and am asked where I got it. And I proudly tell them about Bijou!! Worth the drive from Rockford!!

I had such an amazing experience at Bijou Bridal. I was referred here by one of my close friends who also purchased her gown from here. I worked with Andrea, she was so kind and patient with me. The first time I came in I was very overwhelmed and tried on so many dresses. She did not pressure me and kept bringing me more options as I gave her my opinions. I came in another time before I made my final decision and she continued to be a delight to work with. I also purchased my veil from Bijou and was so happy with how it all came together!
