Went to return items. Gueat service was respectful and helpful. Customer service was great and very helpful. Store was very busy to be a Sunday but the lines to checkout were moving.
Not my favorite Nordstrom Rack. This one is extremely busy especially on weekends. Little messy inside. However, the staff is really nice, and there are some great finds.
Just came to return an item I purchased in two size since we can not try it bc of covid and item was on final sale witch I wasn’t aware if and I asked for store credit and they said no and no. I am purchasing in this store every two weeks like 100-300$ and they just lost a loyal costumer bc of 40$ jacket. We kept one just returned the other item. Well done manager of the store. You are doing an amazing job of losing loyal cotumers.
It was pretty busy but I got out fast. Customers service was good store was clean and parking wasnt bad even though it was very busy
Nice clean store, but employee are slow workers taking their time at the registers and not trying to work any faster to get customers through the check out lines, makes you just want to leave your items on the counter and walk out, why wait in line to give the. My money?nEmployees need t ok be grateful they have a job, instead they act like customers are bothering them.
