The young man Adam that helped me was great and knowledgeable! He took the time to go over other shoe options and I went with the 990 after years of the 1340V3. I am thrilled with my choice. Adam is a top notch shoe guy!
Can't say enough about the customer service here. I was greeted immediately as I walked in and was assisted by Anna G. She was terrific! Walked me over to the shoe display, asked what I needed them for and then she took me over to this scale-like machine that took all kinds of measurements of your foot & arches. From there she was able to make some recommendations. She brought some of the styles out, had me try them on, and was nice enough to show me how to better lace my shoes. Unfortunately the color I wanted was out of stock but she was able to order it and it arrived 6days later to my home, as promised.nThis was my first time at a New Balance store and it was recommended by my podiatrist as I have been having some foot/knee/ back issues & I walk between 5-7miles daily. I was very impressed with the level of service I received at NB in Oakbrook Terrace. The entire staff was genuinely pleasant!nMichael who assisted me was very kind & patient while finding the right shoes to accommodate my orthopedic braces. It’s evident that the staff is trained in podiatry and not just sales 101. Yet another great experience at the Oak Brook store. All the associates are so knowledgeable about what products will work best for me specifically. I also never feel rushed. Thank you again for your great staff and products.
The selection and service at this location was stellar. Very helpful and not pushy. They had exactly what I was looking for and provided helpful suggestions for my specific running needs. I am only going here from now on even rather than online
