Party City in Oak Terrace has been exceptionally well at accommodating to Covid-19 protocols. I’ve used their curbside pick up twice now and it is very safe.nnHowever, if you’re ordering balloons, do not place your online order too far in advance. Even though they say they blow them up the same day, I had a a couple balloons no longer floating by the time I returned home.
I came in to buy party supplies for my sons birthday and was able to find everything I needed. Aruna was so helpful and helped me locate everything and find the Balloons I needed.
The guy in the back of the story was super nice and friendly, helpful. But the front checkout was a bit of a mess. Very confusing trying to have balloons filled at the counter.
****EDIT: I changed my rating of this location after the store manager, Dave, reached out to me. He listened to my concerns and was trying his best to make things right. And for that, I decided to give them a 5⭐ufe0frating. Great management is the key to a great business! Thanks again Mr Dave!
