Terrible customer service. Everyone looks lost. Workers are extremely SLOW
Good bargains for everyone. I have been going here for 10 years. I always find something I like at a good price.
I really like this location. They have a good selection and great prices. I’ve stopped shopping here though. The last time we went, the loss prevention agent accused my boyfriend of stealing the jacket he was wearing. My boyfriend went off on him and the guy finally realized that he in fact walked in with the jacket on and didn’t steal it. They didn’t even sell that brand there. The whole ordeal was embarrassing and so incredibly uncalled for. If you’re going to accuse someone of stealing, MAKE SURE they actually are stealing something! Now we go to other Burlington locations because that left a bad taste in our mouths.
Good selection of winter jackets. Prices are reasonable.
If I could leave no stars I would! They allow you to do a layaway yet won't allow you to return anything except for store credit. Even though their return policy says up to 30 days. How does that even work?? Do not go there! It is NOT worth your time and energy.
