Orlando is the TRUTH if I could give 10 stars I would! He was so helpful every step of the way and so understanding! Prior to coming to Guarantee Motors I was turned away from other dealers. When I got to Guarantee Motors, Orlando did everything he could do to get me approved and to get me in a car and I can’t thank him enough! they’re so welcoming, I would DEFINITELY recommend Guarantee Motors in Villa Park if your looking for a car/suv they get the job done! I worked for a new car dealership for seventeen years and was scheptical about going to a used car lot to buy my next car but my experience with Uriel and Orlando at Guarantee Motors changed all that. These guys are a top notch. Selection is one of the best and cars are priced fairly. Uriel is respectfull and to the point. Listen to Orlando's advice, his experience is invaluable. If you see a car you like on their lot, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ANYWHERE ELSE, PERIOD.

We went to one dealership not too long ago, we were there for a while and took 2 days to give us an answer. Then they were overcharging for a down payment that we can get a car off of that AND they tried giving us a car we didn’t want . Once we went to Guarantee motors, Orlando helped us out so much and got a car that we wanted on the same day. He made sure to work around what we wanted to put down as well as all of us coming to an agreement. Highly recommend this place If you are looking for a car to buy!!!!
