I am very sad and disappointed to have to write this review. I have owned 3 Ford Cars for over 10 years each. My most recent purchase of a 2012 Ford Escape has premature rusting. I spoke with Customer Service (Jaivette) and they were of no assistance. All the body shops I went to, including the Ford dealership, stated that I should contact the Ford manufacturer for assistance. It was a waste of my time. As a loyal Ford owner, I can't believe we are treated this way. I can guarantee my next car will NOT be a Ford. Shame on you Ford!!
