Sold my car to Dave Mack and company. This was the most straight forward experience I've ever had with a dealership, and I have dozens of past experiences. They asked what I wanted for my car, they examined the car and then offered to buy at my price. Done! It was so nice to cut through the dance and drama! I would expect the buying experience to be very similar, so I would recommend giving them a visit for your vehicle needs.

Castle is not a good place to buy cars. Do not deal with these clowns. They take away contract offers after you purchase the vehicle. They also do what they can to not offer their free tires. Not once when I went for an oil change did they say anything about the need of extra service to keep the free tires. After purchasing my third vehicle there, they took away their free oil change for life. When I bought it, it was apart of the contract. 3 months later when I went in for oil change, it wasn’t honored anymore. They Rescind on their offers and don’t try to help you out at all. They just quote the service contract at you. I will never use them or buy another car with how they handle things. I would recommend that you go ANYWHERE else. A used car lot would be better. You at least know what to expect and won’t have someone tell you that something you bought the car for isn’t allowed or offered anymore. I would rate 0 stars, but it won’t allow me to do so.

Today I stopped by with my mother in law to check out cars and Eddie was our salesman he is such a fantastic and kind-hearted good natured salesman and person. Very personable and very accommodating had all the patient in the world and super nice. We ended up choosing an amazing car and the whole time had Eddie answer all our questions and concerns. We had such a great experience!!

I went to castle Chevrolet to get my routine oil change not expecting to get a brand new car. The salesman who took care of me is Alex he is very manner able. He ask me what kind of car I wanted and I told him not expecting him to come back with the exact car I wanted. We took it for a test drive and we had a great conversation. He wasn’t worried about just getting a sale he put his foot down to care. He didn’t hold anything back on what I should expect on financing and if I should put any money down. He came back to me with keys in hand and said congratulations on your new car. Not in a million years would I thought I would be an owner of another new car. If you want nice service friendly faces and people who care about you and your wants go to castle Chevrolet in Villa Park ask for Alex. Tell him I sent you. They are really there to help you for you. I recently bought the 2021 Tahoe and since then I have never liked a car more than I do this one. The staff is incredible and I was in and out of there very quick. I would also like to thank Alex and Jasper for their quick help and friendly service. Castle Chevy is the best place to go buy your new car.
