My boyfriend and I love going to this McDonald's. The friendly customer service has always been a consistent trend. In the rare times our order has been incorrect, they've been more than accommodating in making sure our order is perfect. This is definitely our favorite McDonald's.
The staff is very friendly. I eat fast food often and this place has one of the most friendly staff. always get my order correctly and coupons are awesome.nI don’t know her name but an older Hispanic woman at the second window has an awesome attitude and energy.
The only reason why its not a 1 star is because usually the lady at the drive through is very nice and they mix drinks. But how can the younger generation not know how to do something without a machine or push a button. Its a machine, u run it, it is NOT supposed to run you! Its common sense and they want 15 dollars an hour! That generation and our world is messed up!. 2 smalls or 2 mediums equal a large. Fyi customer service went way down!
What is life? I sure don't know. McDonald's is pretty good. Located pretty accessible in Villa Park.
