The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Will probably have to switch banks because they don’t know how to open a credit card.

Very annoyed with this branch. Tried to open up an account and wanted to start my initial deposit. I brought one check and I had a slight scribble on the check and the bank manager wouldn’t accept which I’ve done a dozen times in the past and never had a problem. Getting to the bank during banking hours with small children Is a nightmare and this is flat out an issue. If you felt my previous bank wouldn’t have accepted it then you could have let them make that decision which would have been fine. Thanks for wasting my time.
