This location is the best. I drive far just to come here. WSB in general are not good with customer service and they usually treat people no matter the gender, race, or income level as if they are stealing. This location hands down is worth the drive with friendly employees. Them young folks at this branch are awesome.

This location along with the branch in Bolingbrook is the best. At first, I thought it was a racial issue with WSB until I noticed bad reviews from other people in the comments about the other locations I have gone to. But this location is fast and friendly. It does not take them all day and they do not treat you like you are a criminal trying to get your own money. The locations in Darien and especially Downers Grove make sure you stay away or at least be extremely patient and forgiving because both locations in Darien on Cass and the location in Downers are terrible. You give them with a withdrawal slip and your identification yet they constantly question you as if you are not the person with the account. I understand safety but there is a difference between taking precaution and treating people as if they are attempting to commit fraud. This location is great. The man who serviced me was nice and efficient. The ladies in the Bolingbrook location are great as well. So it is not a race issue it is definitely a customer service issue that needs to start with management.

I am so surprised there are negative reviews for West Suburban Bank. We absolutely love this bank. All the staff is great-very helpful in answering questions and giving guidance on decisions on what kind of account to open for whichever circumstance we are faced with. They are a full service bank and we appreciate that.
