Great price for all you can eat sushi! There was no wait to be seated when we got there. The sushi was fresh. We ordered 3 sushi orders each. The menu was self explanatory. It was divided nicely for someone that is still learning about sushi. (Raw, cooked, vegetables, etc.)
We’ve visited this establishment many times and enjoy their food even though the service was lacking. Most recently visited the restaurant to celebrate my 20yr old son’s birthday (party of 7). Took 30 minutes for the first person to come to the table, additional 20 minutes for drinks to arrive, then decided to order the second round of sushi, prior to receiving the first, since they were busy. An hour after placing the original order, the first plate of food arrived (90min). After several inquiries on the second order and an Additional 40 minutes later I requested to speak to the manager who never arrived. Finally decided that after 2 1/2hr and only one plate of sushi for all you can eat we had enough and decided to leave. The manager was extremely rude, made no accommodations, and just kept repeating that it wasn’t fast food! I don’t consider one plate of food in 2 1/2 hours anything less than unacceptable. Our neighboring party of eight received appetizers, two rounds of all you can eat, and dessert in the same amount of time we received our first plate. The manager told me to just leave so she could call the cops for not paying then walked away to package up to go orders. On top of that, the gratuity was added.
To be honest, I have no idea how good the sushi is here. I never made it that far.nnMy date and I arrived a full hour before closing to find a restaurant filled well beyond covid appropriate capacity, and were seated pretty quickly. We received all-you-can-eat menus, filled them out, and then waited 15 minutes for the hostess to take the order. We were then informed that although we would be charged the full price for all-you-can-eat, we would be permitted only one order, as they were closing at 930. We actually didn't mind this too much, and chose to amend our single order instead of order from the regular menu. Then the table next to us got up to leave, as they had evidently been waiting a full hour for their first order, to which the hostess responded by miraculously producing their order, fully assembled, and seemingly just sitting there waiting for someone to bring it to the table. Right after this, the hostess returned to or table, shook the all-you-can-eat menu at us and yelled, not spoke loudly but actually yelled, that they were not going to allow us to do all-you-can-eat after all, and that we could either order from the single-item menu or leave. We chose the latter. I can only shudder to imagine the experience of the people who were seated after us.
We like a lot hanging out. Yesterday we visited this magnificent place which friends recommended to us. We enjoyed a lovely time there with excellent cooking and an experienced team and a great chef. We added this restaurant in our list and we shall no doubt come back very soon. Highly recommended.
Service was very slow and lost one of our orders. Despite taking forever to bring food to the table someone would stop by and ask if we were ready to leave and we would have to remind them we were still waiting on food. That being said when it did finally come the sushi was good. Probably will not return however.
