Great place to do some cardio. The stairs are well maintained. There are restrooms and a small store. There is one side to go up and one to go down to have less interactions with people.
I LOVE Swallow Cliff! It is the perfect place for cardio, training and meeting great people. The Café is now open! Parking is limited but moved quickly.
***NOTICE***nPARKING LOT GETS FULL EARLY. AVOID WAITING BY PARKING NEARBY ON KEAN AVE AND RT-83 (PALOS PARK NORTH)
Great place for a hike. Trails are clearly marked and easy to walk or a run. Wooded, nice little lake. Great for solo or group adventure.
