Went in to purchase this eclectic, statement piece. Lovely velvet duster with oodles of details. Came out with Nada! Why? Because as I anxiously headed to grab my purchase, (let's call her Sharon) eye balled my daughter and myself up and down and without a 'hello' or 'can I help you', pointed me to the clearance rack. Now, I am all about a bargain mind you, but her tone absolutely ruined my experience. Pam on the other hand, was a gem. Hands raised high for Pam! She was kind, informative and friendly.

I’ve never been to a store where an associate has been so rude to me. My mom is a big fan of this store and I go in with her from time to time to help her shop. This is a bougee store for older ladies who have some cash to spend, and I am 18 for reference. Anyway, my mother was in the dressing room trying on a shirt she really liked and I was in the cosmetics section looking at some creams. I was minding my own business and this lady comes up to me and very sarcastically says, “Can I help you??” and I replied, “No, I’m fine. Thank you.” I thought that would be the end of it but she continued with, “you know, you’re way too young for these products.” I stayed quiet and just kept rubbing the cream I was interested in on my hands. I liked it so I went to put more on but she stopped me and said, “don’t do that! that’s unsanitary.” That’s when I finally had enough and walked away. I then started looking at the tops and as I was walking around the store, I noticed her watching my every move, giving me cold looks like I was going to steal something. My mom finally came out of the dressing room and bought her shirt, and we left. When we got in the car, I told her everything. She replied, “Yeah, I got a cold feeling from that lady when she looked at you. I am so sorry this happened to you, that is age discrimination. Just because you were a younger lady in a fancier store, she assumed you were a thief. That’s not right, she should lose her job for that.”nI’ve never been treated more harshly by a sales associate. This location will not be getting our business anymore. Soft Surroundings management, please tell your associates to learn some respect!

I like this place you can find ,there are so many different styles of clothes.

First visit looking for blouse I ordered online, didn't see it. Lots of other choices though.
