Rick over at Byrider really helped me out today! I had gone to so many dealerships and they all would say “we can help you” “we can get you in a car today” and I got nothing. It’s been a painful car shopping experience, but Rick made it so much better. The service was great and he got me into a very nice vehicle. No only was Rick’s service great, but his communication was excellent as well. I would recommend anyone to go to Byrider and ask for Rick!
03/27/2021, just bought my third car from byrider today and wow what a major transformation since they went corporate, there service is outstanding and the sales manager Rick Young is a super force to be reckoned with. Super friendly and helped in so many ways and by the time all was said and done I drove out of there with an awesome car. Thanks for everything Rick.
Rich is awesome. I was so wonder about coming in because it’s a lot of car lots that lie to get you in. However Rich stood on everything he said he was going to do. He worked with my down payment. Truly recommend going there asking for him. He moves quick wasn’t even there a full 2 hours.
Ken was amazing in helping me into a new vehicle. The staff here are extremely helpful and dedicated to pleasing the customer. I am very happy and satisfied.
