This McDonald's is By far the friendliest I've been to in a long time. The staff was very helpful. They greet you with a smile here they're actually glad to work here, something you don't see at McDonald's anymore. 5 stars is not enuff for this place you need to add 5 more.

Your usual McDonals. Drive-thru moved rather smooth, food was as expected. 1 star off for overflowing the drink and having it spill out after we drove off. Please wipe down drinks. Overall good service.
Very rude people. I’m a neighbor at Palos Heights and because of their rudeness and quality of the final product I generally preferred to go to the McDonald’s located at Southwest. Last Thursday February 4th at 10 pm we thought of giving them another try because of the freezing cold and the states of the roads but that was certainly the last straw. A young woman’s attitude has definitely made my family take the decision not to ever go back to this McDonald’s. Management should seriously think about their recruitment criteria here.
2/7/2021 945pm, last time I visit this location. if you are not happy with your job, find a new one. it's not my fault you aren't happy with your job. I just want a burger and fries.
