Machine that I like to play always gets money stuck in it 3 times this week already! Technician says they will be out soon, or on the way.. Thats a lie, they usually come next day! Today I said I am waiting here until they come, so will see, I asked the guy working if I can get some cheese sticks comped for my troubles, 3.00 cheese sticks , he called his boss and she said no! Really??? A customer who is in here 5 days a week and spends good money here! Really? Wow I guess after I get my money back in the machine I will just go elsewhere, and same for my husband and our friends! Thanks dottys for the horrible customer service!
Most ignorant employees ever seen. Service and personality 0. Employees of the store and Nicole the manager refused to give me corporate phone number to file complain.nEmployees are just illiterate and the only thing the care to be on their phone, facebook, smoking, plus they don't know what a shower is. Just a big joke for a corporation like Dottys.
Nice host, country atmosphere, the food isn't that great...they need new machines..but I do enjoy the promotions and snacks...they also need to change some of the staff who is very unprofessional, loud and smells like weed on a regular basis...
