When you walk in, the people cutting hair just stare at you and don’t say anything. When I got my haircut she rushed it and could tell she was in a bad mood. also smells like hot dog water in there

Love Elsa's Salon! I am disabled and come in with a caretaker once a month so I can get my eyebrows waxed. She is always friendly and talkative and I always leave satisfied. I'll continue to be a regular costumer as long as I'm local to her salon!0
