I went in to get a Mikes and they had them taped but sign said Mix and Match. So I tried to get a Mikes with another type of drink but as I went to untape the mikes the guy at the counter told me to put it back and that he won’t sell it to me. Not only was he not wearing a mask but he over charged me for slushees that I bought for my family. Very rude I won’t comeback. All of my friends tell me not to go there when that person is at the counter. They have to do something about him.
Mukesh was extremely rude and unprofessional I asked for a lotto ticket and he responded with a grin a roll of the eyes and then said I have a lot of work to do! I’m not sure why he felt that he can speak to people like that the worst customer service I’ve ever received!!! I will be reaching out to corporate
I work nights. Tried going here on my lunch break just now and guy at the counter is asleep with the door locked
I I bought $30 worth of items and 20 worth of scratch off’s I Carry the items to my car startid driveing away And realize I left my instant tickets inside came back in and the worker was pretending like I was crazy so he sold my tickets he refuse to show me the camera jus a joke I’m never going back to this places
Mukesh was so kind and provided very prompt service. Very friendly counter clerk and helped me find the items I was looking for. Best service I have received at a 711 in a long long time. Thanks again Mukesh!!!
