This is the best Moncler outlet store! Best staff helped me find the best selection of winter men down ski jackets available in the size 5 which is XL at a $500 savings off of retail! Michelle was my saleswoman that helped me! I went back the 2nd time and Anthony helped find more men’s Moncler down ski jackets available in size 5 and 6. Awesome service and best customer service!

Went to this store to buy a coat for my lady and was greeted by Tanaivy who was very pleasant, informative, & helpful in my selection. My interaction with Tanaivy made my shopping experience enjoyable. She happened to wear the same size as my girlfriend, even went to the extend to try a few coats on for me to see how it would fit, & guided me in purchasing a beautiful coat. Over all good experience and will highly recommend this store.

I went to the store and would like to buy a down jacket. But the security guy ask me to make an appointment to go in the store. Due to the corvid-19, I totally understand the rule and it is for our safety. But the employee who is working in front of the door is really unprofessional and rude to me. He pointed at the glass door and ask me to read the rule. no explanation. Really terrible. Store should not hire this person. He does not deserve a job.

Awful staff, very unprofessional. I went back to the store after buying a jacket and found a horrible tear on the back. Didn’t have a specific intention! No one knew what to do, we’re very unfriendly and took my number so they can call back and guess what?! They never called. Such a disgraceful attitude that never expected!!
