Update: it’s been almost TWO MONTHS since our purchase and we still don’t have a title. This is getting beyond frustrating! My son found a 2011 Impreza on facebook marketplace and we were sent to this car lot. His father and him test drove the car and it wasn’t too bad, mostly cosmetic issues. We purchased the car on a Wednesday. By that weekend the check engine light was on. I called them on Monday and asked what they were hiding. Of course they said nothing, the light could have just come on. That evening I drove the car to my parents to have the code read and it the shifter was falling out of 3rd gear. These people claim they would have their repair shop call me and had a condescending attitude about how it was going to be. I told them they needed to take the car back and give us our money back if they weren’t replacing the transmission and fixing the issues. Again, they said the repair shop would call me and I haven’t received a call. It’s now been 2 days. I did file a complaint with the attorney general but they took advantage of my son which is NOT ok. They claim they are following the law which is not true. They were notified of the issues within the 15 day/500 mile warranty per the laws of IL. Buyer beware!!! AVOID!!!nnYes you fixed the repairs after I pushed what the law was but it’s been THREE months and I still can’t plate this car. I have emailed stating the form I need (said email was read 8 minutes after it was sent) and there was not a reply. I have called back a couple of times and no one calls back nor will they provide the form I need. I’m on my 3rd temp plate that’s a about to expire... again!

Made my first car purchase very simple and easy. I appreciate it. Financed me my dream car! 2014 Tesla Model S. It had a few problems but that’s to be expected with an older car. Low miles and runs great. Only thing I’m upset about is that I was falsely charged 1850 from a young sales rep there for “free” super charging and premium connectivity when the car already came with premium connectivity just not free supercharging. Don’t expect to see that 1850 back but still that’s just bogus to convince me that it was needed for the car and me being a young 20 year old thought well might as well enable this for my car (not knowing the proper things about tesla at the time)nnThanks again though for an easy hassle free financing option. Appreciate it a lot and this car has treated me well
