I have been there numerous times and every time with a crowd of 6 or more. We always had bad service, other customers thst arrive after us always got their food,menus water before they even take our order. I could understand it happening once but numerous times. They were lucky the people around me are nice because i wanted to leave no tip, they made me leave a nice tip just for being upset. I try to give a place more than one try as maybe different staffing, maybe an off day but they have been consistently bad so i felt it was just reward to give a 1 star review.
Excellent food
The atmosphere was really nice and so was the music. It was a very clean restaurant and the waitress was very friendly and attentive.
One of my fave restaurants in west suburbs is Jelly Jam. They have the Guacamole Burger as you should imagine it to be. The restaurant franchise gives free hot soup too. The waitress and cashiers are very nice and even remember names and your favorite orders. Interesting part is that they open early close early. Every single day. I used four stars because some plates are small expensive and will not fill you up. But their gourmet burgers will make you come back.
