We had such a wonderful experience with friends at La Parra Restaurant-bar. You walk in and are surrounded by a downtown feel and great ambience and lighting. We were greeted by Fernando who made sure to explain and suggest food and drinks based on our likes. He was professional and gave us great service. All the food was fresh and delicious. My Frida drink was perfect to accompany my lamb shank. The drink had rum, hints of mint, and decorated with a beautiful ice rose. The lamb shank is cooked for 6 hours. The meat falls of the bone like butter and tastes great with its sauce. I finished off the dinner with delicious dessert. Will go back and try other items on the menu. My fiancee and I just discovered this place! Love the ambience and the food was amazing. Gnocchi was so nice. I would definitely come back and bring more company for a nice evening. There is also some great gluten free options.

I don’t know what to say everything they brought was delicious. My server Fernando was wonderful he recommended a delicious pasta. All there pastas are house made and their soup was to die for. I was very pleased and will definitely be coming back with more family.

Me and my wife came here after another restaurant told us the kitchen was closed. Well I’m glad it was because this place is amazing. Easily the best food in Berwyn period. Atmosphere is amazing with live music, the cocktails are amazing and the food is probably the best you’ll get for a couple miles in any direction. Do yourself a favor and come here. Goat cheese app was delicious and the pasta was amazing.

Where do I start? This has to be the best restaurant I have ever been to, period. The servers especially Fernando were extremely pleasant and overall gave the best service imaginable.
