Bbva Compass

Last year Ed Chavez did my home loan, he good I'm glad I went to the bbva for the loan I give him 5stars over any thing, we had a lot of hang ups on my side and he actually waited with us I didn't think any one would thanks man I'm sorry I never got Shake you're hand at closing, hope you doing well.

I would give no stars if I could. I banked with them for my loan and I was lied to. I was told that i paid off my loan, recieved a confirmation letter. Only later to be told that it was not paid off and they have been charging me late fees, with no notifications. When I asked how this happened I was told they would look into it and call me back. I never got a call back so when I called back they told me that it was my fault (even though my balance was paid) and I still had to pay a hefty fine because of late fees. They do not fix their mistakes and they cheat you out of your hard earned money.

Stay away from this place they lie cheat and steal send a letter saying your paid off then turn around and charge late fees because now your not paid off they cant keep anything straight and give out personal info and steal from people

I bank here and am happy banking here great people and they get the job done
