My boyfriend and I went on Valentines Day of this year to get a coloring. It was the best decision we took. We both went in a little scared because it would be the first time we did anything to our hair but also super excited to have a vibrant color to show off. Mayra and Olivia were both very professional and knowledgeable about all the questions we asked related to our hair. They definitely know how to make you feel comfortable around them and the environment was awesome. I recommend this place 100% if you want to get compliments on your hair 24/7 and if you enjoy a relaxed environment where you know you're in good hands. To this day I am still getting compliments about my hair and I can't wait to return for a new hairstyle for the summer!
Visited Mayra at Roots & Cuttery Hair Salon last week. There were three of us looking to get haircuts and Mayra was able to schedule us quickly. The salon was impeccably clean and adhered to all Covid restrictions. Mayra took the time to listen to all of us and what we wanted. She asked a lot of questions to make sure we were all satisfied. When my sister was finished with her cut and playing with it a little she realized she wanted it a bit shorter, we were expecting to make another appointment for her to come back but Mayra put her back in the chair before we finished up and trimmed some more off, two days later she is incredibly happy with her first time short pixie. We will all definitely be seeing Mayra again and I've been recommending the salon to everyone.
Went to Roots and let me tell you! I’ve been a client of Olivia for a few years and I couldnt be more proud of this girl and Mayra for going out independently. Place is great, clean and they do a great job at keeping everything sanitized. As always, the service was amazing! My hair looks and feels phenomenal. Check them out!
Mayra is so friendly, knowledgeable and professional! I got a wash and cut on my super CURLY hair and it’s the BEST I’ve had. Seriously, book an appointment, you will not be disappointed!
