Their customer service is amazing every time I shop there. I called yesterday about a particular pair of pants. The cashier put several different pairs on hold for me. I went to pick them up today and received stellar service. They also have amazing sales!!!

Overall neat store and I did find items I liked enough to buy.nnI did not, however, like seeing a customer ask for help and the associate help that customer while the customer wore her mask under her chin.nnTwo associates saw her and no one asked her to pull up her mask. I will not be back.

I purchased a jogging pants and jacket from this location on Thursday 1/23/20. The items were too big so I went back on Monday 1/27/20 to exchange the items for a smaller size. The cashier Nancy was very rude. One of my items ended up being $5 less than my original purchase and she gave me a hard time about me getting back the difference. She over talked me and every time I said something she had a sassy rebuttal. I asked for the phone # to corporate she said they don't have one. I asked to used her pen to write down the store manager name, She sat the pen on the counter instead of giving it to me in my hand and stuck my receipt in my bad...I told her she had very poor customer service. I am not sure if she was having a bad day but I did not appreciate the way she treated me nor the way she spoke to me. The only reason that I gave 2 stars is because the young lady that assisted me on 1/23 was very nice and helpful...Nancy needs to be trained on her customer service skill.
