The 1st thing I want to say is that the place was packed and that there were 14 in our group. Everybody in the group either had fried catfish or shrimp. The 2 sides I had with my catfish, were cucumbers and onions, which had a great flavour, and garlic mashed potatoes. My wife had fish with cream coleslaw and a baked potato. The fried catfish was wonderful. I heard that the shrimp was good as well. My garlic mashed potatoes were a bit cold and a bit stiff, but had a good flavour. The coleslaw was a bit too creamy, in fact was way too creamy. The plate dinners came with a dinner roll, which was warm and very good. The service was just outstanding. The waitress who took our orders had them out in short order and every single order was correct, we were very impressed. All-in-all, everyone seemed to have a good time. Go check this place out. I would have given this place 5 stars except for the cold mashed potatoes and the overly creamy coleslaw.
