Bought a shed years ago and noticed the ceiling got dark after the first year. Use it for a chicken coop so didn’t think much of it. Now I noticed that the plywood (cdx) used under the shingles is completely rotted and sagging got to looking at it and they never used any underlayment tarpaper under the shingles and now the whole roof is completely rotted. That’s just being cheap and poor Constuction practice.
