I happened upon Sarah from reading good reviews and I couldn't agree more. Going through a divorce after 27 years of marriage was not ideal, but I always knew where I was during the process. She is extremely communicative and quick to respond with any questions or concerns I had. I felt like she gave me the right advice to help me with an informed decision. Guidance and communication is key when looking to hire an attorney, and you can trust her every step of the way to be looking out for your best interest. I highly recommend Sarah.

Divorce isn’t easy but Sarah was straight forward from the beginning. Going through a divorce after 29 years of marriage was not ideal, but I always knew where I was during the process. She is extremely communicative and is prompt with her responses. Sarah is very straight forward and has a no-nonsense approach to family law. I highly encourage her services for anyone going through the difficult process of divorce.

I hired Sarah Ward to help me get a fair visitation schedule for my daughter. I paid her $2500 to get started. She filed a few papers and we went to court 1 time before Covid-19 shut everything down. After a couple months and nothing happening she demanded another $1000 or threatened to withdraw from the case. Without a care or thought of what might happen with my 4 year old daughter she only wanted more money so i gave it to her in hopes we could finish this. After another month or so she sent me another email threatening to withdraw again because she wanted another $1000 or else. IN THE MIDDLE OF COVID!! I explained to her she never did anything to further the visitation schedule or any work at all to help me and my daughter so i said NO. She then wined to the judge and he let her withdraw from the case. PLEASE, FOR YOUR FAMILIES SAKE NEVER USE THIS LAW FIRM. THEY ARE GREEDY, LAZY, INCOMPETENT AND WORTHLESS. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE. SARAH IS THE WORST LAWYER I HAVE EVER SEEN AND SHE IS HEARTLESS.

Ms Ward was an outstanding choice as I walked through one of the hardest experiences of my life. IL being a no-fault state for divorce is a tough pill to swallow when you are the wronged party, but Sarah helped me focus on this as a business transaction, and ensured I and my young son were protected as much as possible in the final ruling. I would definitely retain her services again, if necessary.
