Our server was exceptional. The food exceeded expectations with the exception of my steak. The cook did a fine job, but the meat was not a quality cut as I'd expect for the price. The ribs were incredible, salads were much better than expected, and alligator met expectations. There is also the incredible food selection. The atmosphere also deserves to be noted for it's unique personality. This place deserves 5 stars. If I go back and my steak is not mostly gristle than this place will have earned it's 5 star review and then some.

This is one of the best restaurants in our area. I've never had a bad meal from here. The Country Fried Chicken is my favorite, but the Philly Brisket Sandwich is right up there too.

We have been able to eat there before shut down and it was excellent. They have done catering for different events the years and it has been excellent. Today we ordered carry out for our Sparta Office and it was also excellent. Everyone was happy with their meal.

Went here, with my mom and my son, for my 31st birthday, this year. The food was pretty good. I especially loved the green beans side I had. I got the alligator, as well, and it tasted great! My mom got the steak with steak butter, and she let me try some of it. It also tasted really good. My family has eaten take out from this place, often, in the past, and I think I may have had their chicken fr take out, before, but I've never dined inside and ate there. I don't think my mom had, either. It was clean and I loved the way it was set up inside, as well. The booths were really cool, and had an end seating option against the wall, which I have not really seem done at most places, before, so I was pretty fascinated with that. I'm easily amused, I suppose haha. Anyway, I highly recommend.

Great place to unwind and eat. They were out of alot of what we ordered but that's to be expected when it comes to BBQ food. Great service, they only thing they need to do is to spruce the place up with things to do even if it's a touch tunes downstairs, a live band, maybe a TV upstairs. Place would be alot more appetizing if it had a reason to come besides just for food and food only. Great staff though. This is positive criticism.
