Jet City Pizza

90 minutes after I ordered my pizza I called and was told they did not have my order. What was interesting is the sense that the person did not want to make the pizza because at this point it is 9p. So I left the conversation not wanting to engage with jet city again. The 5 stars is for the call from the manager this morning apologizing and expecting that an offer of fulfilling the order had been made last night. I did not expect a call!!! Excellent customer service and I am back to using jet city.

I’ve been buying a pizza a week from Jet City Pizza for the past few months and their pizza is outstanding.

One of my favorite new pizza places in the Seattle area. It is some of the best campus pizza I have tried in multiple cities from different university's.

Super dairy-free friendly. I’m newly lactose intolerant, so this place is a godsend!nnYou can order pizza with Daiya (vegan) cheese, and they’ll know to make it without any butter on the crust, too.nnI once ordered a garlic chicken pizza with Daiya cheese online, and the manager called me to let me know that the garlic chicken’s white sauce had milk in it, and asked me for a substitute pizza. He definitely saved me from a night of stomach cramps! I do wish their online portal made it that situation impossible, though.nnBy the way, if you’re new to dairy free pizza, I’d suggest going for a more savory pizza with pepperoni and sausage. My first time, I went for a Hawaiian pizza (which I usually love), but the combination of pineapple and Daiya was very sweet. I’m not knocking on the place, I think that’s just how Daiya is.nnAnyway, it’s a nice pizza place with a good manager, and the pizza’s always been made right.

So many different toppings and combinations! The mandarin pizza is really good!
