Office runs on whatever hours it chooses, not necessarily the hours they advertise. Was in from out of state and came to the office at 4 PM. They did have holiday hours posted, but they did not affect that particular day. Woman that works the office stood right there and ignored us, apparently y deciding she wanted to. Lose an hour early that day with no notice, no posting, no anything other than the mere fact that she apparently just didn’t feel like it today. Definitely won’t use this establishment again for my local storage needs and will be pulling my current business as soon as they are open again.
Great place to store items
I have health issues and was not able to address my storage fees. I sent a letter to them explaining my situation and asked a friend to take care of my fees around or on the 19th. However woman is rude and not customer friendly.
Got the last bit of big furniture out and as I looked around on the floor, there were at least 6 brown recluse spiders running around. Had a antique huge record/track player, when I got it home they were all inside it too. Only thing I have bad to say is they need to spray, because thats ridiculous.
Clean and in good condition. The little old lady that work there dont think kids should be around storage lockers.
