Never trust Michael Van to create a trust. He is incompetent. My father trusted him to create his will and family trust. Well, Michael Van incompetency resulted that non of my fathers wishes were what happened. As a beneficiary, Unless you have endless money to pay out to other attorneys- good luck! Michael Van is a sham! Not to be trusted!

Joshua Thatcher and Jared Hyde are always quick to respond to my questions and requests. We utilize Shumway Van for writing and reviewing our legal contracts. Our case was represented by Jared and Josh. I cannot say enough nice things about these two guys. From the beginning they were very easy to communicate with and were very straight forward, always keeping us in the loop with the progress that was being made. In the end they were able to get the money that was owed to us, and all in a timely manner.
