Love shopping at torrid...I don't know a time that I have not found something when I went in. They followed guidelines of limiting the number of shoppers and all the customers were wearing masks as asked. Staff practiced protocol on cleaning the cashier area after each customer. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will continue to shop there.
Employees are so nice and make you feel comfortable when shopping. They understand what you are looking for and if they don't carry it are more than willing to let you know of any stores that do. Love it here.

Store was clean and most of the staff was friendly. But one was totally rude and acted put out when I asked a question about the piece of one item with rang up wrong price.
