I have worked with Dan professionally for many years. Bankruptcy is a difficult area of practice and Dan understands it better than any attorney I've ever worked with! Sometimes bankruptcy is the only way to eliminate a tax debt and Dan knows how to navigate the nuances to the benefit of his clients. All of my interactions with Dan have been genuine and respectful. He maintains a high level of integrity, but one of the things I like the most about doing business with Dan- he doesn't like to stop working on something until it is resolved or all of the options have been explored. He also quickly put me at ease when I was worried about so many financial things. I have and will continue to recommend people I know to him.

Do not use him. Did not call me back or email me back several times. Was late to court. Was not on top of my case. Alwayes was complaining about ex wife. Called me a lot of names. He Said I threatened him. Found him sleeping in his office when I had an appt with him. I donot recommend him.
