I wanted to hire a trainer for a leg session once weekly. After watching the in-house trainers for a couple of months, I asked for my free session with Jon Holsbach. He took me through a session first by interviewing me extensively about my goals, eating habits and lifestyle. The interview did not count towards the one hour session (which totally surprised me!).

Great semi-private set-up; personal and friendly. Good choice of trainers to suit wide range of needs - weight-loss/muscle-gain/rehabilitation etc. In particular, I can highly recommend FT for post-trauma rehabilitation.

Great people, great culture, great results!nnThe studio is clean, well-laid out, professional, and comfortable. It's like a luxury home gym - there may be another person or two working out in tandem, but it is quiet and not the competitive or intense energy of some gyms. The staff are terrific, very personable and kind and encouraging.nnTraining at FT created structure and accountability. Having regular appointments each week both helped me maintain a strong routine and also helped me to really see progress. The trainers are excellent at modifying to accommodate injury or specific needs. They also provide excellent direction on form and proper engagement for safety and improved results.

Fitness Together Madison Park is a great place to workout. I’ve been going there for 6 years and counting. The trainers are professional, highly motivating and experienced. I’ve lost 40 pounds since starting with Fitness Together. My blood pressure has gone down and my blood sugar is now in the normal range. My Dr. is impressed and I feel great. I highly recommend Fitness Together for any one at any age. They will motivate you and inspire you and work with you through injuries and setbacks as well as victories.

I joined FT in September 2018. I am a middle aged long distance runner but due to injury had put on weight and lost conditioning. I had tried a trainer at a big gym but couldn't motivate myself to go regularly. Since joining FT, I've lost more than 20lbs, feel better than I have in years and now have an all over workout plan. I've returned to running long distance and am starting to feel young, not old! I highly recommend the Madison Park FT. Between the members and the trainers there is a great feeling of camaraderie. Regular contests keep you motivated and the trainers will listen to your goals and issues and come up with a customized plan.nnIf you need to get in shape, recover from injury or are just tired of feeling out of shape and old, give FT a try.
