I had a horrible time with returns. I had three things to return that were from two separate orders (all items fell within the 14 day return window). After asking if I could return all items together (to save on shipping) I was told that was fine. I include all three tops and two return slips in one bag. Not only did it take nearly a month for my order to be returned, processed, and given a credit, I was also only ever given credit for one top, when there were three in the same return bag. Customer service stopped responding after a few emails. I was less than impressed and pretty bummed to be out $70 with no items. They will not be receiving my business again.
I love the look, waiting to see what quality is like.
Purchased many many items from this boutique!!! I have to say each item that I receive is just beautiful!!! The live videos that the girls do, help to give you a visual of what the clothing looks like while being worn. I receive many compliments on my clothing!!! Definitely hooked. Will be purchasing all my seasonal clothing through this company.
