Insanely knowledgeable coaches. I've been procrastinating on going to free weights for years. These guys are all about proper form, and having you do it right. I have full confidence in their training methodology.

Everything about the Strength Parlor amazed me. From the coaching, the friendly people, and the amount of free weight equipment used for every sort of lifting you need for your goal. Our coach put in over time to help better my girlfriend and I’s form on the squat, overhead press, and deadlift. The community at the Strength Parlor was focused on who we are as people, what we want, and what we need to get there. This isn’t just another brand/gym. All bodies, and all ages are accepted, and I cannot thank everyone we met today for the support on our lifts. I can proudly say that the Strength Parlor has made a difference in my life in just one visit, and I will gladly come back for more coaching, to achieve my goals

Not just another “gym”. Strength Parlor offers personalized weight training in a relaxed and supportive setting. Your first few sessions are 1 on 1 with Coach Cody then you move to group coaching after proper form and basic dynamics are achieved. Coaches are highly qualified in strength training and tailor your training schedule based on your individual needs and personal schedule. I started with zero experience and no previous athletic ability. I could barely perform a squat my first day 6 months ago. Now I’m squatting 145#. I’m very happy with my results and look forward to each training day. It’s truly an amazing place with amazing people!

I love the family atmosphere at The Strength Parlor. Everyone is made to feel very welcome and important. Now onto the health and strength aspects these coaches have helped me with. I started about 2 1/2 years ago barely being able to lift 45 pounds off the floor and not knowing how to do a proper squat. Now I am deadlifting 200+ pounds on a regular basis and squatting 165 pounds. My total health has improved. For the first time ever I have been able to lower my cholesterol to a normal level without medication. The coaches have helped me work through injury without giving up lifting. The place is AMAZING. Come join us!
